The Boychuk family has been part of Alberta trucking history since the 1930's. Even when the original Boychuk Transport was sold in 1978, family members were able to resurrect the company 9 years later and again build it into a leader in the tank truck industry.
Boychuk Transport is an experienced carrier of a complete range of liquid bulk chemicals such as Methanol, Formaldehyde, Firetrol, Caustic Soda, Glycols, Solvents and many more. Customers include Celanese Canada, Univar Canada, Master Builders, and Praxair Canada. "I believe that one of the reasons for our success is the close family atmosphere we have among our employees," says Tim Boychuk. "Many of our staff have been with us for over 14 years." Focus On Safety And Reliability As a carrier of liquid bulk hazardous material, Boychuk Transport operates under only the safest possible conditions. The company is committed to a strong safety program to protect staff, property, the public and the environment from the risk of accidental loss. "Our focus on safety encompasses the equipment we constantly maintain, our qualified and well-trained drivers, and the sites we inspect before we deliver," adds Tim Boychuk. "We are continually upgrading our methods to ensure we are operating at the safest level possible. "All employees, including management, are responsible and accountable for the company's overall safety initiatives. It is only through total employee participation every day in every job that the company can meet the goals of safety excellence." Boychuk Transport was a founding member of Partners in Compliance (PIC), a unique government/industry safety and compliance program. Carriers who join the PIC program commit to a high level of compliance to benchmark criteria, monitor their own operations, submit monthly reports, and agree to random vehicle inspections. Boychuk Transport is also authorized to respond to emergency situations such as chemical spills and derailments. Our Service Shop is a licensed Commercial Vehicle Inspection Station.
